Boy from the Bush watercolour art prints are made to order and will take 5 – 10 business days to be processed and dispatched.
Please note, you will be notified if Ray is away at the time your print order is placed, as the print will be put on hold until he returns.
Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel or swap items within your order. Please note, we are unable to combine or add an item to an existing order.
If you need to make any amendments to your purchase, please email me as soon as possible via ray@boyfromthebush.com.au and I’ll see what I can do.

and I will investigate as soon as I can with the postal service on your behalf.

All orders placed within Australia are shipped by Australia Post.
If you place your order over a weekend or on an Australian public holiday it will be processed and sent out over the following business days (Monday – Fridays).
Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods (Sales or Campaigns), due to wild weather, or due to other Australia Post issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond my reasonable control.
Once your order has been processed and is on its way to you, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and the link to the Australia Post website.
All prints are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you have simply changed your mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Boy from the Bush offers a free replacement if you contact me within 7 days of product delivery.

I stand by everything I sell, 100%. So if you’re not satisfied with your order for any reason, neither am I. I’ll make it right – from reprinting your order or issuing a store credit. Simple as that.
First, contact me and let me know exactly what your issue is.
Then, I’ll work with you to find a solution that you’ll be happy with, whether that means reprinting your order or issuing a store credit so you can place a new order.
